NEW YORK PALE ALE — 5.0% ABV
Our flagship pale ale, inspired by the great (and forever inimitable) Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. Since our version utilizes solely New York hops, we lean on a larger collection of varieties (Cascade, Centennial, Chinook, Tahoma, Michigan Copper) than the OG, which relies primarily on Cascade. Our first-ever Double IPA! A true representation of the possibilities of New York Juice™️, BODY pours thick and hazy with aromas of tangerine and cantaloupe, underpinned by a dank, piney backbone. Brewed with house-malted pale malts and a healthy addition of organic raw wheat grown in the Catskill Mountains.
